The Rice cooking vessel is used to efficiently cook high quantities of rice in a short time. The vessel comes with an air tight lid for closure. The perforated plate is kept at a distance of 100 mm from the bottom plate for the effective filtration of “Kanji”. A nozzle is attached at the bottom for the drainage of “Kanji”. The tilting model facilitates the easy transfer of food to another vessel. The vessel is mounted on S.S.Tubular stand.
