The Idly Steamer uses Gas as fuel to convert the water into steam in the idly vessel.The heat is transmitted evenly across the vessels and the temperature is controlled by the valves. The idly steam plant has a rubber gasket attached to the vessel door. The vessels are tightly packed to retain the food temperature.
Built in 304 G S.S- Boiling time ~10 mins
- Each tray cooks 20 idlies
